Our racing simulators run on iRacing which is the same software professional drivers use for training, below is the complete list of cars. 

A quick glance at what's available and remember these are all the race car versions so for the mustang it won't be the mustang you buy off the car lot it will be the IMSA GT3 mustang that competes against Ferrari etc.

The kids simulator runs on Assetto Corsa and the list is more limited however this software features some things helpful with the younger ones like a bit more grip and it won't kick you off for driving backwards by mistake etc. Assetto Corsa does have a lot of street cars as well as race cars so if a kid wants to drive something like a Pagani or a Supra it will have that along with race cars like GT3, F1 etc.
